Achieve Destiny maintains a confidential, positive, and unbiased environment. All participants must be 18 years of age and provide a photo ID before the screening process.  Participants understand Achieve Destiny is a matchmaking and counseling service.  You agree that the information you provide is voluntary, accurate, confidential and true information.  Participants will conduct themselves in a respectable, responsible, and lawful manner. You agree to cooperate with participants and Achieve Destiny's team throughout the process.  If at any time, client acts inappropriately Achieve Destiny will terminate their non-refundable membership and services.  You give permission to Achieve Destiny to conduct a minimal background check.  Although participants are prescreened, you understand there remains safety risks.  You must always follow safety practices, meet in a public location, never give out personal information, inform a friend/relative who and where you are at all times. If at any time, you feel unsafe, call 911 law-enforcement immediately.  Report all safety or concerns to the Achieve Destiny team.  Each client is responsible for damages, injuries and ALL legal fees incurred including Achieve Destiny's legal fees.  All services and transactions are non-refundable.
